These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of vayoplus.com and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by Micro Matters Venture ("VAYO", "we", "us", "our"), Plot No. G-2408-A, Road, F-2, Almighty Gate, Lodhika G.I.D.C, Metoda - 360021, District - Rajkot, Gujarat, India. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or lawful guardian.

2. Your account

You may create an account to track orders and save delivery addresses. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for activity that happens under your account. Sign-in uses one-time codes sent to your mobile number or email — keep access to these secure and never share a code with anyone, including someone claiming to be from VAYO. Tell us immediately at contact@vayoplus.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Our products

VAYO products are packaged food and beverage products manufactured and sold under FSSAI Licence No. 10726998000448.

They are food products, not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements about wellness, hydration or ingredients are general in nature and individual results vary. If you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or take prescription medication, consult a qualified doctor before use. Always read the label and ingredient list on the can.

Product images are for illustration. Packaging, can design and ingredient sourcing may change; the label on the product you receive is authoritative.

4. Prices, taxes and availability

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers and product availability may change without notice. Products are subject to stock.

Despite our care, a product may occasionally be listed with an incorrect price or description. If this happens, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after the order is confirmed. We will contact you before doing so.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email or message acknowledges receipt of that offer — it does not amount to acceptance. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or part, where there is a stock, pricing, payment, address or suspected-fraud issue, or where delivery is not serviceable.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders. We may verify COD orders by phone or one-time code before dispatch, and may decline COD where an address has a history of refused deliveries.

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once dispatched, the returns and refunds terms apply.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free on orders above ₹499; a delivery charge applies below that and is shown at checkout. Delivery timelines shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by courier delays, weather, strikes or events outside our control.

Please provide a complete address and a reachable phone number. If a shipment is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available after reasonable attempts, we may deduct the actual shipping cost from any refund.

7. Returns, replacements and refunds

You have 7 days from delivery to raise a return or claim. Because our products are consumable food items, we can only accept back product that is unopened, unused and in its original packaging; opened or used product cannot be returned for hygiene and food-safety reasons.

We will replace or refund your order if it arrives damaged, leaking, expired, or is the wrong item. Report it to contact@vayoplus.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the outer package, the cans and the batch details. An unboxing video greatly speeds up the claim. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, or to a bank account you nominate for COD orders, within 7–10 business days of approval.

Where a separate Refund Policy is published on this site, it applies alongside this clause.

8. Intellectual property

The VAYO name, logo, can designs, product photography, illustrations, copy and the design of this site are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or create derivative works from any of it without our prior written permission. You may share links to our pages.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to break any law; to resell our products without written authorisation; to place fraudulent, automated or bulk orders; to scrape, crawl or harvest data; to attempt to probe, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems; or to upload malicious code.

10. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photo, comment or other content, you confirm it is your own and does not infringe anyone's rights, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with VAYO. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or off-topic.

11. Third-party links and services

The site may link to or rely on third-party services such as payment gateways, couriers and analytics providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties. Your use of their services is governed by their own terms.

12. Disclaimer

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that content is complete and current at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or any product purchased is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profit, goodwill or data.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

15. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, transport failures, government action or utility and internet outages.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any non-waivable consumer rights, the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
